Our services are limited only to the preparation of the tax return based on the information you provide. We do not provide:

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information for tax return preparation
  
  

• Upload or submit asset details as required
  
  

• Review all documents and confirm accuracy before filing
  
  

• Pay in full before your return is finalized or submitted
  
  

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to us.

3. Accuracy and Limitations

We rely entirely on the data you submit to prepare your return. We do not verify ownership, value, or existence of assets.
Our service does not replace your responsibility to file with the appropriate Georgia county tax office or the Department of Natural Resources.

We make no guarantees regarding tax outcomes or reductions.

4. Filing and Submission

We do not directly file returns with the county or DNR unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. We prepare the return and either:

• Submit to you for filing, or
  
  

• Assist with filing through the appropriate channels when authorized
  
  

It remains your responsibility to ensure the timely filing of your return.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

All fees must be paid in full before any tax return is delivered to the client.
Fees are non-refundable once the return has been prepared.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit/Debit Cards
  
  

• Zelle / CashApp / PayPal (if applicable)
  
  

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the preparation of your PT50P or PT50M return.

We will never share or sell your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our GA Business Personal Property & Marine Tax Services shall not be liable for:

• Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you
  
  

• Missed deadlines due to late or incomplete submissions
  
  

• Any penalties, fines, or interest assessed by tax authorities
  
  

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  
  

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify us from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

9. Intellectual Property
